Disbanded Anti Corruption Task Force Sweep Team Chairman Sam Koim
has expressed concern over the manner in which authorities are treating senior public servants tasked in respective positions to carry out their duties. Public servants are placed in various organizations to perform their task, however the country has seen that most of the very good people who try to uphold the constitutions in their duties especially in the current political turmoil are being suppressed. Sam Koim has gone out publicly on the Social Media saying, most of the senior rank and file of the police who have stood strong to perform their constitutional functions had been served with suspensions notice by Police Commissioner Geoffry Vaki and team. Koim said that is a flagrant breach of the restraining orders, that is why Contempt proceedings are being filed yesterday and matter coming on Monday 1:30pm Sam Koim adds he had just lost his position or job., and many others have lost theirs in the last 6 days, and he asked how many more will wake up this morning or next day to face the same fate, all for a cause far greater than ones personal interest. Mr Koim made this comments following the suspension of Assistant Commissioner Police Crimes, Thomas Eluh, by Police Commissioner Geofrrey Vaki yesterday. Comments are closed.
