-Invest no less than 15% of the national budget to targeted programs for
woman and children’s health in the country.
-Improve the efficiency of supply of essential medicines and basic
suppliers to rural health centres and aid posts and avoid regular stock-outs.
-Increase the number of community doctors, nurses and health workers
proportional to the needs of districts through improving training.
