Assistant Police Commissioner and NCD/ Central commander Jerry Frank told NBC News this afternoon, he personally carry out a patrol into Laloki and Brown River areas today, to confirm the rumors of a massacre (Mass Killing) that has been circulated in the text messages this week.
The A-P-C however confirm the death of two Engans, who were killed at Laloki check point this week, but brushed aside rumors on the retaliation.
During the week, there were text messages being circulated, claiming that Engans in Port Moresby have retaliated and killed more then 10 Goilalas and injured many who reside at the Laloki areas just outside Port Moresby.
NCD/ Central commander Jerry Frank has strongly urge people not to spread such false rumour as it can spark ethnic clash.
