The position will protest outside the Finance and Treasury Offices in Port Moresby, this Friday, to demand explanations over delays in paying their District Service Improvement Program funds.

"This coming Friday 6th of December, I will be outside the Vunlupindi House with my JDP and with the people of Bulolo and I belief other members of the Opposition, Huon Gulf MP has indicated that he will and also Vanimo/Green MP and Rabaul MP. We will be out there to wait for the FAS Officer or Doctor Ken Naieng to come down and tell us what difference is Bulolo District and other Opposition MP's District to to rest of Papua New Guinea. They have picked up 10-million today, our districts have picked up 3-million to date".
Attorney General and Justice Minister Kerenga Kua had proposed a Budget Integrity Bill during debate on the money plan in Parliament last week, to ensure all members get equal funding.
Mr. Kua alleged unequal or delayed funding of the D-S-I-P, to be among reasons, the Opposition is depleting.
He said, the absence of an Opposition is not good for a democratic Parliament.
