"This statement is sub-judice. They can’t be trying to argue the questions before the court in this forum." The Leader of the PNG Opposition Belden Namah stated, in response to the Media Release titled "MANNING WELCOMES REVIEW OF HIS APPOINTMENT" released by Police Commissioner David Manning, that was published today on social media by Police Minister Bryan Kramer. The Police Minister who earlier this year was restrained by the court from commenting about former Prime Minister. Peter O'Neill (and others) should show respect for the court by exercising restraint and not commenting publicly about important matters pending determination by the courts.
