An Educationist and former Vice Chancellor for the University of Papua New Guinea, Joseph Sukwianomb says that the education institution is slowly but surely coming back to its former glory days.
"The former leadership of previous VCs has nothing to do with its run down state in recent times but those were some lesson learn areas that need not to be repeated," he said. Mr Sukwianob says that the former VC before the current, Albert Melam, left UPNG in a serious financial blunder of a K90million debt. "The current administration is fixing up this loop holes left from previous administration and are looking at better manage the running of this big University in the country and the in Pacific region," said Mr Sukwianomb.
