He has done it before and is confident in doing it again for PNG – Ryan Pini is eyeing another golden performance to end his swimming career when he splashes in the coming July Pacific Games in his home country.
Despite been away from the spotlight, Pini has been under intensive training at the Yeronga Swimming Club in Brisbane. PNG Swimming president Elizabeth Wells says Pini expects a stiff competition from New Caledonia and Fiji at the games when he splashes in the Freestyle, Butterfly and Backstroke events.
