Papua New Guinea Opposition is determined to test the numbers on the floor of Parliament through a motion of no confidence this week. With the continuous boycotting of classes by the University students, the Opposition says it has no doubt but to move the motion. The Opposition is challenging the government to test its numbers if they are confident. The Special Parliamentary Committee will sit and deliberate on the no confidence motion this Wednesday . Deputy Opposition Leader Sam Basil was the mover of the motion and seconded by East Sepik Governor Sir Michael Somare. Fourteen Members have signed the motion so far and this will be the fourth attempt by the Opposition. NBC/PNGfacts
