Two more judges have been appointed to the Supreme and National Courts. They are William Neil and Robert Lee Lindsay. Judge Neil, whose an Australian has been practicing law in PNG since 1970, while judge Lindsay, from Goodenough in Milne Bay has been practicing law since graduating from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2000. Justice Neil's appointment is for three years while Lindsay is for 10 years. The two judges were appointed in February by the Chairman of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, Attorney General and Justice Minister, Ano Pala. Mr. Pala says, the permanent appointments will allow an increase the service of delivering justice to the people of Papua New Guinea.
