Four police officers in Tari, Hela province, are on 21 days suspension, with half their pay deducted while other charges including disciplinary action, to be laid soon.
Provincial Police Commander, Superintendent Mark Yangen, says the four, among them the Station Commander of Tari, have been suspended, for drinking alcohol and crashing their police vehicle. The driver is facing a charge of undue care and attention. Superintendent Yangen, says such action from police officers, is intolerable. Comments are closed.
