P-N-G Power Limited, Chief Executive Officer, John Tangit, has brushed aside reports of a 40 per cent pay hike for company executives.
Mr.Tangit has described these reports as Union Propoganda. He says, the Unions misunderstood the fact that P-N-G Power, is preparing for a Performance Management System to streamline the executives salaries, so that they are on par with other General Managers. Mr. Tangit states, in the comparable business environment among State-Owned Enterprises, P-N-G Power Executives are paid less, which are sacrifices the current and former Managers have laid down, to get these capital internship businesses. He states, these adjustments to the Executives salaries, will be followed by that of the workers down the line. Comments are closed.
