This is the first passing out of soldiers for 2014 as the government moves to build back to force to a 5 thousand strong men force by 2017. Reviewing officer and defence minister doctor Fabian Pok urged the soldiers to uphold discipline an important component of the force that has taken a shameful dive in recent times.
