"The government of Singapore told me and I've also met with two PNG doctors who are now working in the hospital in Singapore and they are telling me that in terms of technology and ability of the Singaporeans in health now especially secondary health care like heart diseases, heart operation, they have become number one in the world right now and they are very keen on helping Papua New Guinea doctors and our Government to establish those services here instead of our people flying to Singapore or going to Philippines.
