Deputy Governor for Northern Province, Evartius Bori, is calling on the Member for Ijivitari David Arore and Sohe MP Delilah Gore to bury the past, reconcile and work together with the Regional Member, Gary Juffa.
Mr Bori, who's also the President of the Higaturu Local Level Government is one of two LLG Presidents among the rest of the Presidents who have remained neutral on the current political saga. Mr Bori has appealed to the people of Higaturu and supporters of various factions to refrain from violence and political differences and support their leaders in developing the province. Kokoda LLG President Jackson Iroro who has made similar remarks said he remained neutral and called on the people of Kokoda to remain calm while the law takes its course. Mr Iroro said what has transpired must not be repeated in future and urged political leaders to address some of the major issues already existed in the province instead of fighting over power and greed.
