A man was stabbed and killed in Tari Market yesterday.
Provincial Police Commander Mark Yangen and his men have closed down the market and have dispersed the vendors to do their marketing in 4 differend areas in Tari Town. According to PPC Yangen, one group of vendors will be relocated to Kupami Junction, one at the Old Admin School Building and the other at the Volley ball field area. Mr Yangen futher stated they have received sketchy information about the murder of the deceased and should release a full report tomorrow. Meantime the situation at Tari town remains tense.
