The Public Prosecutor, has instructed the Ombudsman Commission, to put together all evidence in relation to Prime Minister, Peter O'Neill's case.
This comes, after he was referred to the Ombudsman Commission, in relation to the processes and procedures involving a government loan from the Union Bank of Switzerland. In a statement yesterday (Thursday 09-10-14), Pondros Kaluwin said, he has considered documents supplied by the Commission and needs certain important evidence to make an informed decision, on whether or not to request a Tribunal to look into allegations of misconduct in office. Peter O'Neill, was referred to the Public Prosecutor, for alleged misconduct in office in August, after the Commission was convinced it had clear evidence of him, committing this offence.
