PNG Power Chief Executive Officer John Tangit has resumed office as the PNG Power boss this morning after being terminated by the Board early this week. Mr. Tangit in a meeting with staff at the PNG Power Headquarters this morning said he has been asked by the Minister for State Enterprises Ben Micah to resume as CEO today. He said he was never given any suspension notice and the attempts to remove him as CEO has no effect. Mr. Tangit also announced the sacking of the Chief Financial Officer Brendan Rafftery who was appointed as Acting CEO and appointed James Kuma as the Chief Financial Officer. Comments are closed.
