Four members of Parliament including three ministers from the Triumph Heritage Empowerment Party have moved defacted the party. They include Minister for Higher Education, Science and Research, Delailai Gore, Forests, Douglas Tomuriesa, Labour, Benjamin Poponawa, and member for Ijivitari, David Arore. The four handed their resignations, today. The mass resignation comes after months of uneasiness following the dumping
of its Party Leader, Don Polye. The MPs did not specify their reasons for moving, however, they all say they're doing this in the best interest of their people. They added they want to ensure the current O' Neil Government is stable to continue providing vital government services to their people and districts. The four MPs did not indicate which party they will be teaming up with, but when press asked they say, they will make that known at a later date. Member for Mendi, De Kewanu, was the first to defect to Peter O' Neil's People's National Congress Party. Comments are closed.
