The former Chief Secretary Sir Manasupe Zurenuoc was welcomed home at Nadzab Airport. The members of the Morobel Provincial Executive Council including administration senior staffs packed Nadzab to welcome Sir Manasupe. However the Morobe Governor Kelly Naru was not happy with the National Government sending Sir Manasupe in silent. He added that most of the Morobean MPs are in the government however they lack protocol to accompanied Sir Manasupe to Lae. "we have sent a young healthy Manasupe to Port Moresby now the government send him like a vegetables bag back to us, Mr Naru discribed. The small aeroplane King Air C90 was charter to carry Sir Manasupe to Lae by the government. In the meantime, Morobe Provincial Minister for Government Business Charlie Foike described the wheelchair Sir Manasupe used as rubbish. "Why National government bought this rubbish chair? Where is the Fulcon Jet and they fly you on this little plane? Morobe Deputy Governor Judas Nalau appeal to the National Government to removed Sir Manasupe name on this old painapple building and called Mauri Haus."Build new buildings and name Sir Manasupe instead of this old renovated one, said Mr Nalau.
