An education official is among others reported dead, following an alleged retaliation over the weekend, by students and landowners from the Kopen Secondary School in Enga province.
Kopen Secondary started as a provincial government school, but was later handed over to the Catholic Church to run. NBC's Western Highlands Deputy Provincial Radio Manager Jacob Kaka, says the incident happened when both the Catholic Agency, and the Provincial Education Board made separate appointments for the school principal.
