In Port Moresby, criminals held up P-N-G Power workers, while they were fixing an electricity fault for a customer at Talapia street in the notorious Morata suburb, today.
The criminals stole mobile phones, wallets, safety boots and other important tools from the electricians. This incident caused power supply disconnection at Morata One suburb, since midday. P-N-G Power in a statement, condemned such behaviour, stating this affects it's efforts to provide reliable electricity supply and attend to customers concerns. It is urging the Morata One community, to surrender the suspects involved and return the stolen items. The company apologises for any inconvenience caused to customers within this area.
