The judge said lawyers are only doing their job and must be respected. Justice Nanu further said those found doing this are perverting the cause of justice and can be heavily punished for that. He urge the public to respect lawyers and let them do their work freely and that emotions must not take the better of individuals. He was presiding over the matter of the Disbanded Task Force Sweep review case. The case was adjourned to next Wednesday with interim orders made on Tuesday for the Sweep Team to operate remains until the matter returns. Meanwhile, the same judge issued orders for the State, its servants and agents, not to suspend disbanded Task Force Sweep Chairman, Sam Koim. Mr Koim holds a senior position at the Solicitor General's office. It was revealed in affidavits presented by Mr Koim, there is political pressure from the top for his removal.
