Police Commissioner Gari Baki has confirmed the appointment Victor Isouve as Assistant Commissioner of Police and head of the Crimes Directorate. In a small ceremony at Police Headquarters this afternoon Commissioner Baki removed the chief superintendent epaulet and pinned the Assistance Commissioner rank on Mr Isouve. Mr Isove has served the Royal Papua New Guinea with dedication since 1977, with nil disciplinary charges. He was He has held a number of high positions including, the Director of Crimes 2004-2010, Provincial Police Commissioner for Oro, 2011-2013, and Director Internal Affairs 2013-2015, and recently as Acting ACP Crimes. Commissioner Baki said he had the trust and confidence that Mr Isouve will serve the Police Force to the best of his ability given his experience.
