More than 1,300 children are taking part in the ceremony to mark the end of the Pacific Games Baton this afternoon.
The ceremony at the Sir Hubert Murray Stadium marks the end of the 100-days tour of the country. The United Nations children's fund, UNICEF, has organized the children to sing John Lennon's famous song 'Imagine'. The recording of the children singing will be included in a world version of the song, that is being produced by David Guetta, and has international music stars like Katy Perry and Will-I-AM. The song will be launched globally later this year. Live bands and fireworks have also been planned at Sir Hubert Murray stadium.
