Application forms for National Development Bank of Papua New Guinea

There are several Lending requirements of the National Development Bank of Papua New GUinea (NDB). When applying for loans, the following forms must by filled and send them to the bank.

Please note the Micro Finance loan application forms are not listed below.

Go to the site and scroll right down towards the end, you will see application form in PDF files, you cclick to download and it automatically downloads the forms.

I am into a residental real estate business. I have approached BSP my current banker to finance me 100% on a property I intended to buy. The terms of the loan was for 25 years and I wanted to mortgaged two of my existing properties which are free of mortgage from any financial or any other parties. The cost of the property I wanted to by is K2.5million. The value of my two properties exceeds K2.5million. Considering this can NDB as a national institution assist people like me.
