SP Hunters misery continue recording its consecutive loss this time at the hands of East Tigers today.
Tigers beat Hunters 22-16 at Kalabond oval in Kokopo. Hunters took the lead early with a converted try but failed to maintain it. And as Hunters looked to be in control of the game, silly errors crept in forcing unnecessary turns overs. Hunters were lucky to lead 12-10 at the break. After the break Tigers stepped up a gear as they sensed the lackluster of Hunters’ attack in the middle. Hunters had themselves to blame for not being committed in defence and allowing Tigers too much room to move. Tigers scored another two converted try while Hunters managed only one in the second half. Tigers try scores were Neumanm Chang and McInally while Hunters’ Ddavid Lolo, Willie Minoga and Edward bagged a try each. Comments are closed.
