Kiwis coach Stephen Kearney has criticised Australia's decision to select Fiji-born wing Semi Radradra for the Anzac test, arguing he'd be gutted if was an aspiring Kangaroo. Radradra, who has scored 53 tries in 57 games for the Parramatta Eels since his 2013 debut, will make his Australian debut in next Friday's clash in Newcastle. He scored 24 tries in 18 games for the Eels last season and is eligible for Australia because he has lived in the country for three years. Radradra, 23, played four tests for Fiji between 2013 and 2014.Kearney told the Courier Mail he would have been have frustrated if he was a promising Australian wing on the fringes of the squad, who had missed out. "I'd be a little bit disappointed if I was born in Australia and played in one of those positions and I don't get picked and I've done my job for Australia before. "That's how the rules are. Do I think they're right? The rules say he can play for Australia. "It would have been great to see Semi play for Fiji. That's the way the rules are. I can't change them." Radradra will forfeit the right to play for Fiji at next year's World Cup, regardless of whether he makes the Kangaroos squad. Source: news.com.au
