This system will also be rolled out to the schools system. The process and procedures used before will still remain when using the new system however an officer should be appointed for each division/unit to really manage and coordinate this system’. The Human Resource and Organisation Division of the Corporate Services Wing is tasked to effectively manage and coordinate this system. The division will send Unauthorized Absent & Pay Deduction forms to all Divisions including TSC and OLA. This is to implement in accordance with the Time & Access Systems – Biometric Hand Punch’s recordings; together with the Daily Attendance Book records on a fortnightly basis.
