The image of the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary has again taken a nosedive.
This time, over an alleged beating and detaining of a woman leader in East Sepik and rape of a girl, allegedly by Wewak police. News of the alleged attack on the President of the East Sepik Council of Women, Sophie Mangae, in front of the Wewak police station on Monday, has drawn much condemnation nationwide.
