Prime Minister Peter O'Neill said the 2015 Budget target families, with increased allocation for more classrooms and Teacher Colleges, placing more doctors in remote areas and helping small businesses.
Peter O'Neill said, the economy is moving forward and its important that everyone share the gains. He said, families and the business community, want equitable growth and economic stability which the Government is delivering. Mr. O'Neill adds, the Government will continue to push on with reforms and development in priority areas which directly impact people's lives. Meantime, Mr O'Neill has called on what he describes as "armchair economic experts", to stop trying to create undue alarm, with baseless speculations and misleading assumptions. He said, some of these people come from organizations simply seeking cheap media publicity, or politicians trying to undermine Government success for personal political gain.
