The leadership tribunal against Vanimo Green MP Belden Namah has been appointed. Chief Justice Sir Salamo Injia announced the appointment of a Leadership Tribunal to investigate 15 allegations of misconduct in office committed by Namah. The tribunal will be headed by Justice Goodwin Poole as Chairman and members will include senior Magistrates Mark Selefkaru and Ernest Wilmot. The tribunal will commence its inquiry on Friday 23 October 2015 at 9.30am, in Court No 7, National Court Building, Waigani. The Chief Justice today announced the appointment of a Leadership Tribunal to investigate an fifteen (15) allegations of misconduct in office committed by the Hon Belden Namah MP, Member for Vanimo-Green Open.
