Port Moresby City Police are still to make arrests, following an arm robbery at the Jackson Airport terminal yesterday.
According to NCD’s MetSup, Ben TURI says 5-6 male suspects dressed as electricians walked into the terminal and picked up a bag of cold hard cash totaling K1.2M belonging to workers at the Kamusi Logging Site in Western Province. Turi says police investigators believe this was an inside job as the bag of money was left at the airport on Wednesday before it was picked up by these suspects yesterday.
