The National Court adjourned the case about the Prime Minister arrest warrants to Friday this week.
This followed after Paul Paraka Lawyers’ counsel Martin Kombri had not been served with documents on the application. The court room was packed with people as the moment nears for the decision on the Prime Minister. Present at the court room were PM’s Chief of Staff Isaac Lupari, sacked deputy police commissioner Simon Kauba, and suspended assistant commisioner of police, Tom Eluh. Inside and outside the court building, there is a heavy police presence. Squads of police cars are in the area, while guars from the courthouse crew the gates. Many cars are being turned away as the police and guards work to stop any trouble that might arise. Comments are closed.
