Meantime, Gary Juffa is urging his people to be calm and allow justice to take place, in the light of yesterday's Vote of No Confidence against him.
Mr. Juffa said, the actions of Mr. Arore and the L-L-G Presidents are illegal and unconstitutional, adding these have created instability within various groups, despite notices given them to refrain. He's also questioned the deployment of a Port Moresby-based police unit to Popondetta and has lodged a formal complaint with the Police Commissioner to intervene immediately. Mr. Juffa described the forced entry of Arore and the L-L-G Presidents into the Provincial Assembly Hall yesterday, as an act of crime. "This is the criminal act.It is a breach of criminal codes, section 398A1 of the criminal code chapter 262, statutory offence, you know, where they wilfully broke or damaged government property. They were aware that there was no assembly. We had informed them and yet they had seen fit to destroy government property and get in there. You can't just break into any building that you want to,no matter who you are, where you a leader or council president or whatever you are, you can't break into that building. The law does not differentiate and exempt leaders or lawyers or council presidents from doing this things. The law is very straight forward black and white down the line."
