Justin KILI better known as JK on our popular airwaves was today fare-welled by the media fraternity, family friends and relatives today and has been described as a true friend to many who crossed his path. JK has spent at least 42 years in the media industry of PNG and would be BEST REMEMBERED by many, for having a voice that demanded the attention of listeners nationwide for many years. Furthermore, he thrived to fight against corruption at all levels, strived for better working conditions of journalists and had an admirable taste in different types of music over the years and had a personality to die for. The late JK is survived by his 9 children and 14 grandchildren. His body will be laid to rest in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, from where it all started.
