The Papua New Guinea Accident Investigation Commission, expects to bring the wreckage of the twin engine plane, to Port Moresby, tomorrow.
Acting Chief Executive Officer, David Inau told a media conference today, they are liasing with the P-N-G Defence Force and Hevilift, to store the wreckage at Army hangar, so that they can extract the devices that will help in the investigation. The devices include, the cockpit voice recorder, forward looking camera and a Global Positioning System, or G-P-S. He says, they are now liasing with authorities in Australia, who will extract the recordings so that P-N-G-A-I-C can establish the cause of the accident. Four out of the nine people on board the ill-fated flight from Woitape in Central, died from the weekend's plane crash. Comments are closed.
